Hello, Everyone!

Boy has this year just zipped by?! All in all, it’s been a pretty good year. My book, I AM A WOMAN OF VALUE- I AM A WOMAN OF WORTH- I AM HIS! is doing pretty good. I have received such nice feedback on how the reflections are helping to let go of some negatives that some are holding onto. Several women has said they are using the book as a Bible study, which thrills me! If any of you would like to do the same I now have suggested questions for each reflection. One thing I am hearing over and over is that it is doable for the busyness of the world. Nothing too deep, but yet reading the Bible at a pace comfortable for each.

I am still working on a second book about my breast cancer experience, but it will also apply to a back issue I have been experiencing, but pushing through! I come from strong stock, but most importantly, I have the Lord who is walking with me.

I gave a talk on Nov. 18th for the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women which I enjoyed, although I was a bit nervous! You see, I get emotional when I speak of the Lord and I end up being a cry baby! I get so overwhelmed by the love, grace and mercy He has shown me. I never knew my heart could hold so much love for someone. All in all I did fine and have agreed to speak in February for a women’s retreat at Carey, Ohio. So, please keep me and all the women in prayer…..I’ll be sure to have my kleenex with me!

This year, it seems, many are asking for prayers either for themselves or family and friends. It has made me realize there are a lot of hurting people in this world, even our little corner. It touches my heart deeply. I have tears now as I think of the pain and suffering so many are experiencing. Being a Prayer Warrior is a 24/7 job, but worth it. So, for the new year I am going to try and deepen my prayer life and to draw even closer to the Lord so to be guided by Him as to where He feels He can use me.

Some of you I am “conversing” on Face Book which makes it nice to keep in touch that way although some of the things on FB are questionable and the jury is still out!

When I say I wrap you all in my prayers I am sincere. I need only to look around to see prayer is needed constantly.

I wish you a very blessed and Merry Christmas. May we always hold close to our hearts the birth of Jesus and what His birth has meant for us……What an awesome God we serve!

Blessings, Prayers and Love……….Diana Marie
